We are happy to refund the full amount of the purchased order if you are not satisfied with the product. We offer full return (excluding shipping) within 14 days of delivery. Because we are a small company, we cannot cover the shipping expenses. You are also welcome to return the product at our address in central Copenhagen. The returned product must not have been used.
