All orders are dispatched from the Copenhagen, Denmark. We send orders within 2-3 working days and offer flat-rate worldwide shipping, and free shipping with minimum purchase. We use DHL and GLS for national and international shipping. Please note that we are a small team and delays may occur.

Import Taxes and Duties
Please note that customers are liable for any import duties and taxes due on their shipments.

Returns Accepted

We are happy to refund the full amount of the purchased order if you are not satisfied with the product. We offer full return (excluding shipping) within 14 days of delivery. Because we are a small company, we cannot cover the shipping expenses. You are also welcome to return the product at our address in central Copenhagen. The returned product must not have been used. Please email us at contact@oesterland.world to organize the return.
